I am James Hore, one of the proud founders along side my co-founder Stephanie Hore.
We were inspired to created Harpers (Southwest) with one vision in mind, as a family run business to improve health and safety standards within the Traffic Management industry after falling witness to subpar and potentially dangerous traffic management operations, we offer our clients a trained and reliable workforce that will deliver an optimum performance.
Our mission is to consistently provide our clients with the highest standard traffic management operatives to clients of all statures and we offer the design of traffic management plans as an additional service.
